Jason Lamoreaux has been teaching at the collegiate level since 2011 after he received his doctorate from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, TX. He has published two books, one co-edited, and has a number of academic articles. Most recently, he has acquired a number of publishing contracts for books and book chapters which he is preparing. Beyond his Ph.D., Jason holds two Masters Degrees, one in Classical Languages and Literatures and one in Biblical Studies. He also holds a B.A. in Religious Studies. Outside of his academic work, Jason likes to record music under the moniker The Corrupting Sea and will hopefully release an album sometime soon. In the past, he worked as a music journalist for an online music magazine both reviewing music and conducting interviews with artists. He currently lives in Fort Worth with his partner and their son.
